Who can be included in a portrait session?
Portrait sessions are available for individuals, couples, families, maternity sessions, graduates, and small groups.
Do you help us choose a location?
Absolutely. I’m happy to recommend locations based on the atmosphere and style you’re looking for.
What should we wear?
After booking, you’ll receive guidance to help you choose clothing that photographs beautifully and feels authentic to you.
Do you photograph outside of San Miguel de Allende?
Yes. Travel may be available depending on the location. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of San Miguel de Allende.
How do I reserve my session?
Once we’ve selected a date and time that works for both of us, I’ll send you a payment link. Full payment is required to reserve your session on my calendar.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Because I reserve time specifically for your session, payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
For outdoor sessions, weather is always considered. If conditions are unsuitable for photography, we’ll work together to reschedule at no additional charge.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes. Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
How long does it take to receive my images?
Final galleries are typically delivered within two weeks of your session.
How will I receive my images?
Your images will be delivered through an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photographs. The gallery is available for access for 2 months following the delivery date.
Can I print my images?
Absolutely. You are welcome to print and share your images for personal use.
